Commissions

The commission process begins when you complete the request form below. Please include any reference photos you would like me to consider. After reviewing your submission, I will contact you to discuss the details, confirm the timeline, and together we will select the image that will translate best into a painting.

To secure your commission, a non-refundable deposit of $50 USD is required. On average, a painting takes approximately 5–6 weeks to complete, which includes drying and varnishing time. When the work is finished, I will send you a photo for approval. Following approval, the painting will require about two weeks to dry before a protective varnish is applied, and an additional two weeks for the varnish to fully cure. Once the final payment (minus the deposit) has been received, I will carefully package your artwork to ensure safe delivery. Tracking information and insurance will be provided so you can monitor the shipment, and I will keep you updated throughout the entire process

Please note: the project timeline begins once I start your painting, not at the time of request. After receiving your form, I will provide an estimated start date based on my current waitlist.
